Koda Tech is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a leading financial services organisation in Belgium, focusing on Securities Services within a long-term programme of regulatory and business change initiatives for a major bank.

The role requires deep knowledge of Securities Services operations, including custody, settlements, asset servicing or private banking, and a track record delivering IT and regulatory change in financial services. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst within Securities Services, Custody, Asset Servicing or Private Banking.
• Strong understanding of securities settlement and related operational processes.
• Experience delivering regulatory and business change projects within financial services.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English plus French and/or Dutch.

• Analyse, document and refine business requirements for regulatory and operational change initiatives
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, Functional Analysts and process experts within an Agile environment
• Support initiatives driven by evolving regulations, market practices, tax requirements and industry messaging standards
• Manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across business and technology teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of securities-related processes and services

I'm currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a leading financial services organisation on a long-term programme of regulatory and business change initiatives within the Securities Services domain for a major Bank in Belgium.

This opportunity suits an experienced Business Analyst with a strong understanding of securities settlement, custody, asset servicing or private banking operations, combined with a track record of delivering complex IT and regulatory change.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, document and refine business requirements for regulatory and operational change initiatives
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, Functional Analysts and process experts within an Agile environment
• Support initiatives driven by evolving regulations, market practices, tax requirements and industry messaging standards
• Manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across business and technology teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of securities-related processes and services
