Huxley is seeking a Business Analyst for Trading & Investing to join a dynamic online bank. You will collaborate with Product Owners to develop trading/investing projects, collect and analyze requirements, and write precise specifications.

You will coordinate with IT, operations, and other stakeholders including Legal, Finance and Risk, while shaping improvements and validating IT deliverables. The role requires strong regulatory reporting knowledge, workshop facilitation, and the ability to

Qualifications

Master degree in Finance/Economics or Engineering.
Fluent in English; French or Dutch as a mother language.
Excellent documentation skills.
Knowledge of MICAR, MiFID, EMIR, transaction reporting, AML.
Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements.
Autonomous and proactive.

Responsabilités

Participate in the development of new projects related to trading, investing or savings, in collaboration with the Product Owner
Collect and analyze business requirements
Write specifications and functional analysis
Cooperate with IT and Operations teams (contact center, sales, back-office trading) and with other stakeholders (e.g. Legal/compliance, Finance, Risk, Security)
Perform tests and follow-up on IT development
Analyze and find solutions dealing with specific issues
Define and conceive improvements
