KONE is seeking a Repairs Team Leader to manage a team of technicians and strengthen relationships with existing customers. You will oversee field activities, ensure service agreements are met, and drive safety and quality in the field.

You hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Electro-mechanics or related engineering, are fluent in French and English with Dutch knowledge, and are legally allowed to work in Belgium. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electro mechanics, Construction, Civil- or Industrial Engineering.
• Fluent in French and English with working knowledge of Dutch.
• Legally entitled to work in Belgium; valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Build long-term professional relations with customers and manage a team of technicians.
• Oversee field activities and ensure service agreements are met.
• Maintain high service quality through field presence and regular audits.
• Promote safety and quality culture and manage resource planning.
