Job summary

KLEEMANN Belgium is seeking a Field Service Technician to ensure the proper maintenance, operation, and long-term performance of lift systems while delivering excellent customer service. You will work on-site with customers across Belgium, performing installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

The role requires an Electrician or Elevator Technician education and 1-3 years of elevator sector experience, plus English at B2.

Qualifications

• Education as Electrician or Elevator Technician.
• 1–3 years of elevator sector experience.
• Good knowledge of English (B2).
• Strong sense of responsibility and results orientation.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lifts to ensure proper operation.
• Provide technical support to customers by phone or e-mail regarding mechanical and electrical issues.
• Keep records of each customer's malfunctions.
• Follow up on open issues to ensure permanent resolution of customer problems.
• Visit customers when required to provide after-sales support.
• Work in compliance with legislation and according to business ethics.
• Attend and assist the respective notifying body during the inspection process.
