KONE is seeking a Repairs Team Leader to build long-term relationships with customers and manage a team of technicians within your geographic sector.

You will be at the core of our activities, ensuring service levels, addressing queries, and driving safety and quality in the field while developing the competencies of the technicians and aligning with company processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant engineering field.
• Commercial awareness and customer-facing mindset.
• Fluency in French and English with working knowledge of Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Maintain long-term relationships with customers and manage a team of technicians within your geographical sector.
• Ensure service agreements are met and communicate delivery of promises to customers; address queries and resolve complaints.
• Own sales leads volume and ensure high-quality field performance through audits and safety culture.
• Oversee resourcing and capacity planning in short- to mid-term with your manager and set technician performance objectives.

Repairs Team Leader

Responsible for building long-term professional relations with existing customers and managing a team of technicians. You will be at the core of our activities and manage the activities within your geographical sector.

Key activities

• Ensure customer retention by making sure agreed service agreements are met and that promises to the customer are kept (together with the rest of KONE team)
• Communicate to customers that promises have been delivered
• Ensure that customers' queries are answered on time and with the appropriate attention and makes sure complaints are solved accurately and on a timely basis
• You are accountable for the sales leads volume, quality, and further processing of sales leads
• Ensure high quality of service through presence in the field, regular field audits and promoting safety and quality culture
• Develop the competences, motivation and overall performance of the technicians
• Ensure that the processes and maintenance methods are followed
• Ensure the correct level of resourcing in the short-term through absence management and in the mid-term through capacity planning (together with your manager)
• Accountable for determining and checking technicians’ performance objectives

Who Are You

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Masters’ Degree in Electro mechanics, Construction, Civil- or Industrial Engineering.
• You have commercial feeling and interests.
• You are fluent in French and English and have a working knowledge of Dutch.
• You are legally entitled to work in Belgium.
• You have a valid driver's license.

Hiring Process

First interview will be on-site with your direct manager.

Second interview will be with the regional operations manager.
