NMBS-SNCB seeks a Domain Lead for Transformation & Cybersecurity Strategy Adoption to drive lasting change by embedding cybersecurity into culture, processes, and ways of working.
You will co-own policy preparation, collaborate with HR and leadership, and lead the change management track to make adoption structured, measurable, and sustainable.
The role is based near Brussels with remote options and a competitive package.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration or related field.
- 5+ years leading change management programmes or transformation initiatives.
- Experience in regulated or multi-stakeholder environments.
Responsabilités
- Prepare, co-author and implement cybersecurity policies with HR and CISO teams.
- Lead change management across all cybersecurity projects from awareness to adoption monitoring.
- Translate cybersecurity strategy into practical, role-specific guidance for business units.
- Track adoption and KPIs, reporting to Executive Leadership.
- Coordinate with HR on policy changes affecting employment terms or collective agreements.
