SNCB/NMBS is seeking a Domain Lead to co-author and implement cybersecurity policies that are people-centered and operationally enforceable. You will drive change management across projects, ensuring structured and measurable adoption within this organization in Belgium.

You will collaborate with HR and leadership to align policies with risk appetite, governance frameworks, and executive expectations while translating strategy into practical guidance for teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity policy implementation and change management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity strategy into actionable guidance.
• Track adoption and report to Executive Leadership.

• Prepare and implement cybersecurity policies with HR and CISO GRC Team.
• Drive change management across cybersecurity projects.
