Job summary

Axon seeks an Embedded Technical Account Manager to act as the technical face of Dedrone in Europe, driving strategic partnerships and ensuring deployments meet operational goals for counter-UAS programs.

You will own day-to-day technical delivery, support cross-functional teams, and translate customer needs into product improvements while supporting deployments across sensor, RF, and C2 technologies. This role blends hands-on field engineering with strategic advocacy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT, network eng, RF/sensor field engineering, or tech deployment.
• Proven track record managing customer relationships and technical projects.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Strong IT background with Linux/Ubuntu, SSH, SQL basics, and identity integration patterns.
• Experience with on-prem, offline/cloud deployment models and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary technical liaison between Dedrone and the customer program office.
• Provide day-to-day operational ownership and customer advocacy to meet mission objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface customer feedback and drive product improvements.
• Lead field activities: hardware reception, sensor commissioning, network validation, C2 config, acceptance testing.
