Axon seeks an Embedded Technical Account Manager to act as the in-country technical face for a major counter-UAS program in Europe. You will own technical engagements, support deployments, and drive customer outcomes across DedroneTracker.AI, RF sensors, radars, and EO/IR systems.

Expect ongoing collaboration with sales, product, and R&D teams. You will manage field deployments, optimize workflows, and maintain strong customer partnerships to ensure mission success and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT, network engineering or technical deployment.
• Proven track record managing customer relationships and technical projects.
• Ability to work autonomously with the customer day-to-day.
• Robust IT background with Linux/Ubuntu knowledge (SSH).
• Basic SQL and certificate management.
• Experience with on-prem, offline/air-gapped and cloud deployments.
• Identity integration patterns (AD/Entra ID).
• APIs and SaaS application administration.
• Ability to tailor technical discussions to varied audiences.
• Comfort with maintaining a home lab and learning new sensors/ RF tech.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Dedrone, Axon and the customer program.
• Provide hands-on field support across deployment lifecycle (hardware, sensors, network, C2).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements.
• Monitor tickets and perform tier-2 troubleshooting; escalate to R&D when needed.
• Ensure SLAs and contractual obligations are met; track outcomes with KPIs.
• Lead trainings and knowledge transfer for customer operators and integrations.
