Job summary

Axon, a leading safety technology company, is seeking an Embedded Technical Account Manager to serve as the technical face for the customer in Europe. You will own day‑to‑day deployment, drive operational success, and harmonize cross‑functional teams across Dedrone/Axon ecosystems.

You will manage sensor portfolios (RF, radar, EO/IR), cloud and on‑prem variants, and ensure customer objectives are met while expanding capabilities and adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT, networks, RF or field deployment.
• Proven track record managing customer relationships and technical projects.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
• EU citizenship for security clearance.
• Experience with on‑prem, offline or cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Perform test flights with drones to verify sensor performance.
• Configure drones for automated circle flights and analyze server data.
• Achieve expertise in Dedrone technologies including DedroneTracker.AI and RF sensors.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Dedrone and the customer program office.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration for product improvements.
• Provide hands‑on field support across deployment lifecycle.
• Monitor support tickets and perform tier‑2 troubleshooting.
• Ensure Service Level Requirements and contractual obligations are met.
• Coordinate with in-country installer on site readiness.
