Orbital Matter UG is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive global growth in the space sector. You will translate in-space manufacturing capabilities into customer pipelines, partnerships and large contracts across Europe and the US, coordinating with founders and executives.

You will close high-value deals, shape pricing models, and manage relations with space agencies and prime contractors, while building a high-performing BD team.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in executive BD, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships in Europe or US.
• Established C-level and VP networks across Western Europe and US space primes.
• Proven record closing complex B2B/B2G contracts & demos.
• Native or fluent English with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong financial acumen for budgeting and business modeling.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to navigate unstructured environments.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute GTM strategy for Western Europe and US.
• Close end-to-end strategic deals and pilots.
• Define pricing and commercial terms with founders.
• Manage institutional and partner relations with ESA and space agencies.
• Maintain pipeline, CRM, and forecast reporting.
• Represent Orbital Matter at aerospace conferences.
• Build and lead a BD team across markets.
