Job summary

Teamleader CRM, a SaaS scale-up born in Ghent and part of the Visma Group, is expanding Orbit in the German market. You will own the start of the sales cycle for mid-sized agencies in marketing, digital and creative, targeting decision-makers across the German-speaking market.

You’ll receive solid onboarding to Orbit and the market, enabling you to hit the ground running with a focus on international expansion and outbound prospecting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience meeting targets and closing deals.
• Confident talking with managing directors and C-level contacts.
• Persistent and positive on the phone.
• Proactive, self-driven and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own your pipeline: prospect, qualify and follow up leads through a 3–6 month sales cycle.
• Open doors with decision-makers via calls, LinkedIn, email or other channels.
• Set up strong discovery meetings for our Account Executives and Strategy Consultants.
• Sharpen the playbook: test what works for the German market and share insights.
