CapsLock is seeking a seasoned Social Media Video Editor & Designer to craft engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The role focuses on turning raw footage into polished videos with strong pacing, storytelling, and platform-native formats, while also producing supporting design assets as needed.

You will collaborate with the social media team to ensure brand alignment, apply best practices, and stay ahead of trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably for social media.
• Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video editing, motion graphics, and design work.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).

Responsabilités

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook with strong hooks and pacing.
• Create motion graphics assets, thumbnails, overlays, and static posts as needed.
• Collaborate with social media team and other functions to optimize performance based on metrics.
• Stay current with platform trends and maintain organized project files.
