Sunweb Group in the Netherlands/Belgium region seeks a Social Creative to produce scroll-stopping content for Dutch and Flemish markets. You’ll work across brand, production, and influencer teams to craft on-brand visuals and video assets for paid and organic social.

You bring 3–5 years in social design and a strong portfolio, with deep knowledge of TikTok, Reels and Shorts formats and Adobe Creative Cloud. Hybrid work and a competitive package await.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch and professional English language skills (written and spoken).
• Proven experience creating content for Dutch and/or Flemish audiences.
• 3-5 years in social design, content creation, video editing or social-first production.
• Bachelor-level education in Graphic Design or related field.
• Strong portfolio of social-first creative work.
• Expertise in Adobe CC (Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere/After Effects).
• Experience editing short-form videos for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
• Experience with Canva and Meta Ads Manager/TikTok.
• Experience creating scalable templates for Smartly/Performance Max.
• Understanding of social-first creative principles and platform best practices.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Brand, Creative Studio, Influencer Specialists and Production teams to ensure on-brand content.
• Create content for Dutch and Flemish audiences, tailoring it to local culture and trends.
• Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and similar platforms.
• Design assets and build scalable templates for paid social campaigns.
• Develop content on-location during shoots, influencer trips and events.
• Translate briefs and business objectives into compelling creative concepts.
