CapsLock is a dynamic marketing company delivering IT-enabled solutions for large North American partners. We seek an AI Video Editor Team Lead to guide 3–7 editors, elevate workflows with AI, and ensure high-quality, sellable videos across campaigns.

You will own project routing, QC, and cross-functional coordination with Producers, Copywriters, and Marketers while driving innovation with AI tools and the Adobe suite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing video teams.
• Strong project management with on-time delivery.
• Deep Adobe Creative Cloud expertise (Premiere Pro/After Effects).
• Ability to build automated AI-driven workflows.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale a team of 3–7 AI-driven video editors.
• Mentor, plan, and review work to ensure QC and on-time delivery.
• Oversee QC, pacing, and hook impact across outputs.
• Collaborate with Creative Producers, Copywriters, Media Buyers, and Marketers.
• Implement AI tools to automate post-production pipelines.
