Jobgether in Belgium is seeking a Social Media Content Creator & Designer who combines strong visual design with strategic storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Google Ads. This role offers significant creative ownership from hooks and scripts to final assets.

You will produce short-form video, motion graphics, thumbnails, and branded assets, using AI tools to boost productivity while keeping a human, authentic voice.

Qualifications

• 2+ years creating social media content across multiple brands.
• Proficient with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience producing UGC-style and short-form content.
• Ability to blend AI tools with authentic storytelling.
• Portfolio showcasing social media content and design work.

Responsabilités

• Conceptualize, create, design, edit, and deliver social content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Google Ads.
• Produce short-form videos, motion graphics, thumbnails, and ads.
• Develop hooks, scripts, subtitles, and storytelling approaches.
• Edit video content with Premiere Pro and create motion graphics with After Effects.
• Design branded assets using Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Use AI tools to boost output while maintaining human storytelling.
• Translate business requirements into creative concepts.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders throughout the process.
• Experiment with formats and tools to improve quality and performance.
• Maintain quality, authenticity, consistency, and audience engagement.
