Ogilvy Social.Lab Belgium is seeking a Content Creator to lead social-first storytelling, script, shoot, edit, and deliver content from concept to final production. You will work with Strategy/Intelligence to spot trends and bring ideas to life.

You will collaborate with a talented team, direct shoots on larger productions, own smaller projects end-to-end, and shape how the agency presents itself across channels, with a bias toward bold, award-winning work.

Qualifications

• Native or equivalent level of Dutch is mandatory and good working knowledge of English.
• Creativity and originality aligned with Ogilvy Social Lab's innovative spirit.
• Effective teamwork and communication within the creative team.
• Curiosity for current trends in pop culture and digital advertising.
• Adept at understanding audience motivations and behaviors.
• Strong eye for color, form, and visual aesthetics.

Responsabilités

• Ownership of Ideas: find social-first content ideas and take them from spark to final execution.
• The Maker Mentality: script, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality content independently.
• Collaborate & Innovate: brainstorm and build on ideas with a team of content producers and creatives.
• On-Set Execution: attend and help direct shoots for larger-budget productions.
• End-to-End Ownership: manage smaller projects from concept to delivery when working independently.
• Directing Agency Strategy & Channels: define and roll out internal/external content strategy for the agency.
• Commercial, Strategic & Competitive Intelligence: stay ahead on industry trends and align content with client goals.
• Guardians of Quality: uphold high standards of content output with the team.
