Job summary

EVEREC is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across Belgium and Luxembourg in the energy and electrical technology sector. The role is remote/field-based, offering autonomy to build your own customer network and shape a strategic sales plan.

You will join an international team with regular team events and travel supported. Fluency in English and French is required, Dutch is a plus, and a proven B2B sales track record is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Background in electrical distribution, lighting, solar PV, EV charging or similar technical products would be advantageous.
• Experience selling through distributors, wholesalers or installer networks is a plus.
• Direct industry experience isn't essential! We're also interested in proactive, ambitious salespeople with a strong commercial mindset and the drive to develop a market.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across Belgium and Luxembourg, building the company's presence in the region.
• Establish relationships with electrical wholesalers, distributors, installers and commercial partners.
• Identify new opportunities, negotiate agreements and manage the full sales cycle.
• Take ownership of your territory, with the freedom to develop your own commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with an established European sales team and international leadership.
