Chift is hiring its first GTM Engineer to industrialize our revenue engine. Our marketing team creates demand through events, content, SEO and webinars. The sales team turns demand into revenue.

Your job is everything in between: capturing every signal we generate, qualifying it with AI, routing it to the right person at the right time, and giving the whole revenue org a data-driven backbone. And you don't just wire the pipeline, you help fill it.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in growth, RevOps, marketing operations, or as a GTM Engineer in B2B SaaS.
• Comfortable with modern growth stack tools; quick to pick up new ones.
• AI-native: using Claude or similar tools in daily work.
• Builder mentality: ship rough versions fast and refine them.
• Fluent English; French/Dutch is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Build the outbound machine with multi-channel sequences.
• Launch new lead magnets and dedicated campaigns for events.
• Bridge marketing and sales; provide warm, contextual leads.
• Own the revenue data backbone: dashboards, attribution, ROI.
• Make every AE more effective with AI by automating pipeline and admin.
