Hebbian Vault seeks a high-ownership GTM leader to own the entire commercial surface from marketing through RevOps, collaborating directly with the founder. You will drive end-to-end selling, align with design-partner and SME clients, and push for market-driven product input in an AI-augmented stack.

Ideal candidates sell technical/data products to SMEs or enterprises, thrive in early-stage settings, and want to deploy in deals with the founder as a close partner.

Qualifications

• Sold technical / data products to SMEs or into enterprise.
• Early-stage native: own GTM while the playbook is still wet and make it repeatable.
• Want a founder in your corner you can deploy in deals, supportive and available.
• Hands-on; prefer closing deals to managing reps, with upside, not just base.
• Advanced, hands-on with AI and GTM-augmented selling.
• Genuinely excited by digital brains for companies and people, beyond another SaaS.

Responsabilités

• Own the entire commercial surface in one seat, marketing, sales, customer success and RevOps with the founder in the room.
• Pair with the founder to shape GTM strategy and integrate the founder into the sales process as needed.
• Own internal and external stakeholder alignment across design-partner and SME clients.
• Be the voice of the market back into product to ensure building what is bought.
• Inherit and extend the AI-augmented GTM stack (HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay) and Hebbian OS.
