Assetara Limited is seeking a remote Recruiter to support our hiring process globally from Brussels, Belgium. You will source prospective employees, present opportunities, conduct first-stage interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

Responsibilities include talent sourcing, candidate communication, maintaining company knowledge, and conducting 2–3 structured video meetings per day via Zoom or Google Meet. Strong English, communication skills, and CRM familiarity are required.

Qualificações

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, sales, customer communication, or talent acquisition is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional approach to candidate experience.
• Ability to use Zoom, Google Meet, job boards, and basic spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Working English for internal communication and recruitment materials; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to learn Company information thoroughly and communicate it accurately and responsibly.

Responsabilidades

• Talent Sourcing: Search for and engage potential employees through professional networks, job boards, social media, referrals, and other appropriate sourcing channels.
• Candidate Communication: Contact candidates professionally, explain relevant job opportunities using approved information, and answer general recruitment questions.
• Company Knowledge: Complete onboarding and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Assetara’s business, products, values, recruitment standards, and approved communications.
• Video Interviews: Conduct 2–3 structured first-stage video meetings per working day with potential employees via Zoom or Google Meet, subject to qualified candidate availability and agreed scheduling.
• Screening & Coordination: Assess experience, communication skills, motivation, and role fit; refer suitable candidates to the relevant hiring manager or next interview stage.
• Recruitment Records: Keep candidate information and interview feedback accurate in the Company’s approved tracking tools or CRM, in line with privacy requirements.
