Jobgether is seeking a Project Cost Administrator based in Belgium for a fully remote role with an Australian project team. You will manage delivery dockets, cost codes, timesheets, and supporting documentation to support Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Supervisors.

Success hinges on 99%+ coding accuracy, timely processing, and proactive data integrity. The position offers international exposure, a stable remote setup, and opportunities to grow cost management expertise.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in project administration or cost administration.
• Strong data-entry and record-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with suppliers and site teams.
• Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Experience in construction or project-based settings is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process supplier delivery dockets accurately within the 24-48 hour timeframe.
• Match delivery dockets and documentation against purchase orders to ensure records are complete.
• Apply correct project and cost codes to keep cost data accurate.
• Enter, update, and maintain project cost information in Workbench.
• Process timesheets, labor and plant records, and related cost documentation.
• Identify duplicates or discrepancies and take corrective action.
• Maintain an outstanding docket register and follow up on unresolved items.
• Coordinate with site teams and suppliers to obtain missing records.
• Ensure documentation is complete, organized, and accessible to stakeholders.
• Provide accurate cost data to Project Managers, Engineers, and Supervisors.
