Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks an IT Systems Support Officer for a fully remote role based in Belgium. You will support Microsoft 365 and core business systems, manage user access, and work with external IT providers to resolve issues in an international environment.

This role offers full-time remote work with the Australian business, opportunities to improve cybersecurity, digital workflows, and system implementations while maintaining documentation and assets for ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support or systems support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, user-access, permissions, and connectivity issues.
• Experience managing user accounts and system access.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain tech to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and with external providers.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day technical support to users across Microsoft 365 and core business systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, connectivity, permissions, and user-access issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, system access, and access-control processes.
• Coordinate complex technical issues with external IT providers and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate IT asset registers, software licensing information, system records, and other documentation.
• Document IT requests, system changes, troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and outstanding issues.
• Assist with new system implementations, software updates, and workflow changes.
• Test system changes to identify issues before affecting users.
