Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Data) based in Belgium to design and build data-cost management capabilities, pipelines, and dashboards.

You will own features end-to-end in a lean startup environment, collaborating with senior engineers, shaping the technical roadmap, and delivering scalable backend and data-engineering solutions that generate tangible customer value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with backend and data engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, dbt, Dagster, Snowflake.
• Ability to design scalable, reliable technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Design and build data-cost management capabilities including forecasting and anomaly detection.
• Develop backend and data-engineering solutions that surface actionable insights.
• Create data pipelines and transformation models to support new features.
• Build data visualization components communicating metrics clearly.
• Develop reusable UI components and ensure code quality through tests.
• Own features end-to-end from concept to release and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders through clear proposals and reviews.
• Contribute to pragmatic execution and continuous engineering improvement.
