JobDev in Belgium is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of critical technical projects. You will ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

You will develop PM plans, manage stakeholders, and drive change management in a hybrid work environment with competitive compensation and mobility options. The role requires several years of PM experience and PMP is a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management across IT initiatives.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of large IT projects.
• Develop a comprehensive Project Management Plan.
• Gather and motivate project team members.
• Develop a change and transition management plan.
• Track and communicate project progress.
