Jobgether is seeking a Product Owner (Matchmaking) based in Belgium to own the post-purchase journey for paying users, driving activation and meaningful matches. You will partner with engineering, design, and data teams to improve activation, relevance, and engagement, turning insights into tangible product outcomes in a global, remote-first environment.

• Experience in a B2C product role focused on customer journey, activation, onboarding or first-session optimization.
• Experience with discovery and relevance in high-volume marketplaces or social discovery platforms.
• Knowledge of matching, recommendation systems or content feeds to connect users with options.
• Understanding of customer segmentation and personalization to improve outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, analysts and data scientists.
