Everience is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join a major digital transformation program in Brussels. You will bridge Grid Development experts and multidisciplinary digital delivery teams to develop data‑driven decision support for grid planning, scenario management and long‑term investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in Agile, digital or product‑oriented environments.
• Strong understanding of the energy sector, grid development, infrastructure or other data‑intensive environments.
• Experience with data products, analytical tools, workflow digitalization or decision‑support solutions is a strong plus.
• Ability to translate expert needs into clear priorities and actionable product requirements.
• Fluent in English; professional proficiency in Dutch and/or French.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a major digital transformation program.

You will play a key role in developing digital, data-driven and decision-support solutions that support grid planning, scenario management, grid studies and long-term investment decisions.

Working at the intersection of business, IT, data and energy, you will act as the bridge between Grid Development experts and multidisciplinary digital delivery teams.

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap and priorities

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience in an Agile, digital or product-oriented environment
• Strong understanding of the energy sector, grid development, infrastructure or another data-intensive environment
• Experience with data products, analytical tools, workflow digitalization or decision-support solutions is a strong plus
• Ability to translate expert needs into clear priorities and actionable product requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable influencing multidisciplinary teams without formal authority
• Fluent in English and professionally comfortable in Dutch and/or French
• Master's degree or equivalent experience

Hybrid: 2 days/week on-site
