Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Payment Support Specialist based in Belgium. You will be the primary contact for users and partners, guiding them through payment processes, resolving transaction issues, and contributing to product improvements within a fast-growing fintech environment.

This fully remote role requires bilingual English (B2) and Russian, experience in customer support, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, preferably fintech/payments.
• Understanding of payment processes and gateways.
• Strong English (B2) and Russian language skills.
• Analytical mindset with troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via email, live chat, and tickets.
• Resolve payment issues and investigate transaction problems.
• Explain payment flows and options to users and partners.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA to fix incidents.
• Document interactions in CRM and improve help docs.
• Follow 3/3 shift rotation, including day and night shifts.
