Philips is seeking a Remote Support Engineer MA&TC to service and install professional Philips healthcare Patient Monitoring equipment, ensuring quality and timely installations across facilities. You will join the Remote Support Desk and work on integrations with hospital networks, HL7 interfaces, and ongoing IT troubleshooting.

Fluency in Dutch, French and English is required, with willingness to travel to client sites and participate in 24x7 shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in ICT engineering
• Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 11 & Server OS), SQL and network fundamentals
• Knowledge of HL7 and healthcare IT environments is desirable
• Extensive knowledge of patient monitoring systems is preferred

Responsabilités

• Install Philips Patient Monitoring equipment according to standards and time targets
• Participate in the Remote Support Desk team
• Integrate monitoring equipment into hospital networks and HL7 interfaces
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and IT infrastructure to ensure real‑time data QoS
• Submit service data, reports, and expense claims promptly
• Provide feedback to commercial colleagues and management, and cover 24x7 shifts when needed
