Philips is seeking a Remote Support Engineer MA&TC to service and install professional Philips healthcare Patient Monitoring equipment, ensuring quality and timely installations across facilities. You will join the Remote Support Desk and work on integrations with hospital networks, HL7 interfaces, and ongoing IT troubleshooting.

Fluency in Dutch, French and English is required, with willingness to travel to client sites and participate in 24x7 shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in ICT engineering
• Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 11 & Server OS), SQL and network fundamentals
• Knowledge of HL7 and healthcare IT environments is desirable
• Extensive knowledge of patient monitoring systems is preferred

Responsabilités

• Install Philips Patient Monitoring equipment according to standards and time targets
• Participate in the Remote Support Desk team
• Integrate monitoring equipment into hospital networks and HL7 interfaces
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and IT infrastructure to ensure real‑time data QoS
• Submit service data, reports, and expense claims promptly
• Provide feedback to commercial colleagues and management, and cover 24x7 shifts when needed

**Remote Support Engineer MA&TC**Responsible for servicing and installing professional Philips healthcare ‘Patient Monitoring’ equipment and maximizing customer satisfaction**Your role:*** Participate in the Remote Support Desk team* Install Philips Healthcare (PH) Patient Monitoring equipment according standards with respect to quality and installation time as set by PH. Some product highlights: Intellivue Patient Monitors, Fetal monitors, Central monitoring (PIICix) & Telemetry systems (MX40), CareEvent, Clinical information systems like ICCA, IntelliVue Guardian Software (IGS), Intellispace Perinatal (ISP) and Console.* Integrate patient monitoring equipment in both Philips supplied as customer supplied clinical networks as being a consultant across the geography.* Setup connection towards 3rd party systems like Hospital Information Systems (By HL7 broker), Telephony alarming systems, etc.* Perform corrective maintenance, supported when necessary by tier-2 remote support center.* Troubleshoot Hard/Software / IT infrastructure to ensure acceptable Quality of Service (real time patient data requirements). · Being responsible for patiënt data in a hospital environment working close to the patient.* Perform planned maintenance and equipment modifications within the scheduled time and to the quality standards set by PH* Demonstrate commitments to meet customer needs and requirements by ensuring all given quality standards* Submit timely and accurate service data, job sheets, reports, expense claims, field problem reports and other paperwork as assigned* Be aware of customer needs and potential commercial leads. Provide feedback and recommendations to commercial colleagues and management in the district.* Keep abreast of new technologies likely to affect PH range of products* Be a professional representative for PH with respect to customer problems, ensuring personal acceptability by the customer in appearance and behavior in accordance with PH policy and targets* Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner**You're the right fit if:*** Bachelor in ICT engineering* ICT experience (MS Operating systems Windows 11 & Server 2022/2025, SQL, AV, OS Patching, security certificates)* Knowledge of and experience with local (WIFI) networks;* Basic knowledge of virtualization & HL7 is desirable is a pre* Extensive knowledge of Patient Monitoring systems is a pre* Experience of Healthcare IT is desirable is a pre.* Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of technical complex systems* Preferably demonstrable relevant experience in patient monitoring equipment* Fluent in Dutch, fluent in French, fluent in English* “Can do” mentality* Pro-active · Customer oriented* Good communicator* Team player* Positive, open attitude* Willingness to participate in 24x7 shift* Occasional travel to client sites during installation phases**How we work together**We believe that we are better together than apart. This role is an office role, with occasional travel to client sites during installation phases.**Compensation and Benefits:**Professional recognition must go hand in hand with fair and transparent compensation. The base salary range for this position is **48 058 € - 72 806 €.** Compensation within this range is determined based on objective criteria such as the required skills, your relevant experience, the level of responsibility associated with the position, as well as internal equity and local market conditions.This position is also eligible for variable compensation, with an annual component tied to company performance.
