Philips Iberica SAU is looking for a Remote Support Engineer to service and install Patient Monitoring equipment, maximizing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor in ICT engineering and must be fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

This office role offers participation in a 24x7 shift and occasional travel to client sites during installation phases. Responsibilities include installing and integrating systems, performing maintenance, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in ICT engineering.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of complex systems.

Responsabilités

• Service and install Philips healthcare Patient Monitoring equipment.
• Participate in the Remote Support Desk team.
• Perform corrective maintenance.
• Integrate patient monitoring equipment in clinical networks.
• Troubleshoot Hard/Software and IT infrastructure.

Connaissances

ICT experience (MS Operating systems Windows 11 & Server 2022/2025)

Fluent in Dutch
