Job summary

Zepz is hiring for a Senior role in Belgium focused on third-party risk management and outsourcing governance. You will oversee internal and external outsourcing arrangements to prevent the local entity from operating as an empty shell, ensuring regulatory alignment with NBB and EBA standards.

You will lead due diligence, monitor SLA/KPI performance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage risks, while driving ongoing improvements in governance, controls, and vendor oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience in TPRM and regulatory outsourcing requirements (EBA/NBB).
• Proven ability to formulate SLAs/KPIs and monitor vendor performance.
• Strong collaboration across risk, compliance and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintains oversight of outsourcing and critical functions per NBB/EBA guidelines.
• Oversees due diligence and sub-outsourcing dependencies across groups.
• Monitors SLA/KPI performance to meet contractual targets.
• Ensures regulatory notifications and approvals for outsourcing activities.
• Escalates risks and enforces corrective action plans.
• Supports governance via the intra-group local outsourcing committee.
