Job summary

Zepz Belgium seeks a dedicated second line of defense professional to manage day-to-day risk and compliance controls. You will monitor, test, and report on controls, coordinating with the Head of Risk & Compliance to safeguard operations.

You will own regulatory reporting calendars, assist with policy drafting for Belgium, and monitor EU regulations with a view to maintaining strong compliance posture. This role embraces a remote-first setup and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in control testing, auditing, and gap analysis.
• Strong organizational, record-keeping, and tracking abilities.
• Foundational knowledge of DORA and operational resilience.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day risk and compliance monitoring and testing; report findings to Head of Risk & Compliance.
• Oversee Operational Risk and Internal Controls with focus on ICT risk under regulatory frameworks.
• Track remediation actions from audits and regulatory reviews; support policy embedding in Belgium.
• Maintain Belgium Regulatory Reporting Calendar; draft Belgium-specific addenda; horizon scan EU regs.
