Job summary

Zepz is seeking a Chief Administration Officer/Admin Director in Belgium to lead the local, autonomous hub and ensure compliance with NBB and PSD2 requirements. This role will decouple local operations from the group, manage finance, governance, and office administration, and drive local governance and reporting.

As part of our global team, you will shape centralized administration practices, oversee outsourcing and vendor management, and advance AI-enabled processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Direct experience implementing and scaling central administration hub models in financial institutions.
• Familiarity with Belgian administrative regulations, labor laws, and supervisory financial reporting requirements.
• Strong hands-on operational leadership across finance, corporate governance, and office administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the autonomous local operating model meeting NBB substance requirements.
• Design and manage local administrative infrastructure, workflows, and business continuity plans.
• Serve on the local Management Committee with regulatory reporting and board minuting per NBB/EBA.
