Zepz invites a results-driven Chief Administration Officer to Belgium to lead the local admin hub, ensuring autonomy from group templates and compliance with NBB and PSD2 directives. You’ll shape governance, finance, HR, IT, and procurement, working across the Management Committee to deliver stand-alone operations while maintaining strong vendor relations and risk controls.

Formación

• Direct experience implementing and scaling central administration hub models in financial institutions.
• Familiarity with Belgian administrative regulations, labor laws, and supervisory financial reporting requirements.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong hands-on operational leadership across finance, governance, and office administration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the autonomous local operating model meeting NBB substance requirements.
• Design and manage local administrative infrastructure, workflows, and business continuity plans.
• Serve on the local Management Committee, ensuring governance standards and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, financial administration, and vendor governance.
