Job summary

Zepz in Belgium is seeking a Senior Risk & Compliance Officer to oversee day-to-day second-line risk management, regulatory reporting and policy ownership within the Belgian entity.

You will drive ICT risk oversight under DORA, support group policies while tailoring Belgium-specific addenda, and manage investigations into safeguarding funds and whistleblower matters. Experience in EU funds transfer rules and conduct requirements is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with control testing methodologies and compliance auditing.
• Highly methodical with strong organizational, record-keeping, and tracking skills.
• Foundational understanding of DORA and operational resilience.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day risk and compliance monitoring and reporting to Head of Risk & Compliance.
• Lead second-line oversight of Operational Risk and Internal Controls, focusing on ICT risk under DORA.
• Track remediation actions from audits, findings and external reviews.
• Support Belgium's implementation of group risk and compliance policies.
