WorkMotion, a remote-first company helping teams hire and onboard talent globally, is seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager. You will build trusted partnerships within a high-value portfolio, drive proactive engagement, and align activities with measurable business outcomes.

Collaborating with Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product, you will monitor account health, manage multi-country setups, and escalate issues to optimize the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Sales or Business Development roles.
• Native German with excellent English communication skills.
• Energetic and proactive with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to document accurately and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Own and support a high-value client portfolio.
• Drive structured account planning and proactive engagement.
• Manage executive-level stakeholders across multi-country setups.
• Monitor account health and retention to ensure growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to resolve escalations.
