Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Belgium seeks an Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist to own merchant onboarding, API validation, and production readiness in a fast-moving fintech/crypto environment.

You will configure payments, routing, and methods, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with international merchants and engineering. You bring 1+ year in L2/L3 support or senior roles, strong API/JSON knowledge, Postman experience, and fluency in English with Russian at B2/C1 level.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in L2/L3 support or similar fintech/payments role
• Hands-on with system logs and monitoring tools
• Familiar with REST APIs and JSON structures
• Experience validating API requests with Postman
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with production environments
• Proactive, self-directed and able to work under time pressure
• Ability to learn new technical docs and workflows quickly
• Calm under pressure in incident scenarios
• Fluent Russian and English communications (B2/C1)

Responsibilities

• Lead merchant onboarding by configuring integrations and payment routing
• Manage API access and production readiness configurations
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot integration issues
• Investigate transaction incidents using logs, payloads, and queries
• Use Grafana and other tools to trace errors across systems
• Replicate and isolate bugs to determine merchant vs platform origin
• Escalate issues clearly to Engineering when needed
• Support final technical verification for merchant go-live
• Communicate findings to international merchants and stakeholders
• Prepare concise incident reports and maintain documentation
• Own issues from detection to resolution under time constraints
