Job summary

Jobgether SRL, partnering with a Belgium-based organization, seeks a People Operations Coordinator to drive onboarding excellence and support HR and talent operations from a distributed team. You will manage data, documentation, and processes while applying AI to streamline daily workflows.

The role offers autonomy in a fast-paced environment across global teams, enabling growth into broader People and Talent Operations responsibilities.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar People Operations/HR operations or onboarding role.
Experience collaborating with onboarding, HR, recruiting, or People teams.

Responsibilities

Improve onboarding processes to be clear, efficient and up-to-date.
Coordinate activities supporting new joiners and onboarding journey.
Maintain internal People resources and onboarding docs (Notion pages).
Handle tasks across onboarding, Talent and HR including system updates and reporting.
Maintain accurate People data and records across systems.
Explore AI/tools to improve operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure processes run smoothly.
Manage multiple priorities with high accuracy.
Own assigned processes and propose improvements.
Grow broader People and Talent Operations responsibilities.
