Sogeti Belgium is seeking an IT Functional Analyst with a payments background to bridge business stakeholders and IT teams. You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs, and support design and testing throughout the software lifecycle.

You will collaborate with developers, testers, and PMs, ensure compliance with payment flows, and provide end-user training and documentation. Hybrid work and generous benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in IT, Business, or related field.
• Fluent Dutch and English; Belgium resident.
• Proven experience as a Functional or Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of payments lifecycle (authorization, clearing, settlement).
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, ERP/CRM systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
