European Payments Initiative (EPI) is seeking a Growth Strategy Manager in the CEO Office. You will shape and monitor the Growth Plan behind Wero, leading strategic choices across markets and use cases while translating insights into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

You will coordinate with the CEO Office, Management Team, and cross-functional leaders across Europe, developing a common growth framework and preparing materials for board discussions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (Associate, Project Leader, or Engagement Manager)
• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or C2); French, German, Dutch, or other European languages are a plus
• Thrive in a remote-first, multicultural environment
• Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development, with a proven ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills, with experience engaging senior executives and board-level audiences
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, combined with excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsabilités

• Lead the development, execution and continuous monitoring of EPI’s Growth Plan across all markets and use cases
• Design and maintain a common growth-planning framework, including market sizing methodologies, growth levers and KPI frameworks
• Monitor strategic performance indicators and identify risks, opportunities and corrective actions
• Coordinate the preparation and evolution of EPI’s business plan and long-term strategic outlook
• Develop strategic recommendations for the Management Team and translate analysis into clear executive materials
• Support strategic studies related to corporate development and business expansion opportunities
• Prepare high-impact materials for EPI’s Board of Directors and senior governance forums
• Manage external advisors supporting activities within the scope of the role
