Topcon Positioning Systems seeks a Business Development Manager Construction to drive growth of Construction Laser Tools across Europe. You will lead regional sales activities, support distributors and Topcon sales teams, and seek new distribution channels in EMEA.

You will rely on your 7–10 years of sales management experience, strong leadership, and deep industry knowledge to expand market share and deliver revenue targets across diverse European markets.

Qualificações

• 7–10 years of sales management experience in construction tools or related tech.
• Proven track record selling to end users and through distributors.
• Strong understanding of the European mass distribution landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop the Construction Laser Tools business across Europe.
• Support regional sales teams and nominated distributors.
• Develop strategies to expand distributor performance and market reach.
• Provide technical and commercial guidance during negotiations and demos.
