Visiblie in Belgium is seeking a hands-on product marketing leader to connect customer insight with go-to-market execution. You will shape the story, own ICP discovery, positioning, pricing, demos, and paid pilots, and collaborate directly with the founders for a repeatable path to market.

You will drive customer conversations, test offers, build assets, and lead outreach to convert pilots into paying customers while refining the product direction with market feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping ICP and go-to-market for early-stage B2B products.
• Ability to run customer interviews and collect evidence.
• Proven track record turning insights into positioning and offers.
• Comfort with hands-on acquisition and commercial conversations.

Responsibilities

• Discover and validate strongest initial market for Visiblie OS.
• Create positioning, messaging, and GTM motion to win it.
• Develop assets: website copy, demos narratives, sales decks, outreach sequences.
• Lead paid pilots and early customer acquisition.
• Define pricing and packaging with founders.
