HUNTR, a fast-growing HR Tech SaaS, seeks a Customer Success Manager in Ghent. You will onboard and support clients, map accounts, and drive growth through upselling, while collaborating with product and IT to optimize the platform. You’ll join a warm, international team and enjoy flexible, hybrid work from home with visits to clients.

Fluency in English and Dutch or French is required, and a true team player with an entrepreneurial commercial mindset will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or support is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch/French.
• International mindset with an entrepreneurial commercial flair.
• Strong focus on client relations and service quality.

Responsabilités

• Setting up workshops with new clients.
• Onboarding new clients within your portfolio.
• Account mapping and Account Management (upsell).
• Provide training and act as the go-to post-sale contact.
• Collaborate with product & IT to troubleshoot and optimize the platform.
