Shyfter, Brussels-based HR-Tech platform, seeks an experienced Customer Success Manager fluent in French and Dutch to onboard, support and guide customers across hospitality and retail sectors. You will respond via chat and phone, diagnose issues, and drive product improvements while delivering exceptional service.

You will lead onboarding, train teams, and maintain strong customer relationships to foster adoption and satisfaction, with two remote days per week in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Full professional bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch, spoken and written.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• At least 3 years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Strong empathy, patience and a genuine desire to help people.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills; explains clearly and knows when to elevate.
• Ability to manage several conversations and priorities with accuracy and the human touch.
• Experience at a recognised SaaS startup or scale-up is strongly preferred, particularly in workforce-management or HR-tech.

Responsabilités

• Support customers through chat and phone; listen, ask questions and provide clear answers.
• Lead onboarding; configure Shyfter and train teams for confident usage.
• Investigate issues, distinguish configuration problems from defects, document steps for developers.
• Follow issues through to resolution; coordinate with technical colleagues and verify solutions.
• Contribute to product improvements by identifying recurring pain points.
• Guide customers over time; explain features and improve daily workflows.
• Improve help articles, onboarding materials and support practices.
