Shyfter is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager fluent in French and Dutch to support customers, onboard new clients, and drive product improvements. You will handle onboarding sessions, manage a busy support queue with empathy, and translate user feedback into tangible enhancements.

The role requires at least 3 years of B2B SaaS customer-facing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple conversations while maintaining the human touch.

Qualifications

• Full professional bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch, spoken and written.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• At least 3 years of customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS, including hands-on support and onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Support customers through chat and phone, providing clear, practical answers.
• Lead onboarding and train teams to use the platform confidently.
• Investigate issues, identify bugs and document steps for the dev team.
• Coordinate with technical colleagues to resolve issues and ensure solutions work.
