Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Modular Data Center Customer Opportunity Manager to coordinate the opportunity pipeline across Europe from early engagement through tendering. You will be the central point for coordinating with Data Centre Sales, regional teams, Tendering, Design & Engineering, and external partners, driving visibility and disciplined execution.

This hands-on role emphasizes pipeline transparency in Salesforce, heavy stakeholder coordination, and timely follow-through.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder opportunities or projects (bid/tender, commercial project, or program management).
• Combination of technical and commercial experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, prioritize and track modular data center opportunities.
• Coordinate Sales, Tendering, Design & Engineering and partners across the pursuit.
• Maintain transparent opportunity pipeline in Salesforce and other Eaton tools, challenging data quality and next steps.
• Prepare pipeline reports, dashboards and status updates, highlighting key developments and actions.
• Coordinate engagement with external modular partners to support opportunity development and alignment.
• Facilitate tender activities across Sales, Tendering, Engineering and partners with clear ownership.
• Track milestones and deadlines to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.
• Continuously improve opportunity-management processes and reporting for transparency and execution.
