Job summary
Group-IPS is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to drive feasibility, design, procurement, construction and handover for Belgian data center developments. You will coordinate clients, engineering teams, contractors and suppliers across Belgium, France and the Netherlands, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of data center experience, strong BIM-based coordination and English plus Dutch or French proficiency, with willingness to travel and work on
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, HVAC, Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 3–4 years of professional experience in data center development or mission-critical projects.
- Fluency in English and Dutch or French.
- Category B driving licence and willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee feasibility and project definition, including budgets and schedules.
- Coordinate basic engineering activities and align multidisciplinary teams on design requirements.
- Monitor risks, schedules and budgets, and drive delivery to milestones.
- Coordinate interfaces during commissioning, testing and handover, with clear client communication.
