Alan is hiring a full-time Customer Support Specialist in Belgium to onboard admins, ensure an outstanding admin experience, and support 5–10 key accounts with affiliations, payroll, invoicing, and billing.

You will train admins, resolve complex admin conversations with empathy, and collaborate with Key Account Managers, Pre-Sales, and Operations to improve processes while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Excellent and structured written & oral communication in Dutch and English.
• Strong ownership and autonomy in missions.
• Growth mindset and positive attitude.
• Able to train and onboard admins, and to train small groups onsite when needed.
• Experience in customer-facing roles (B2B).
• Ability to manage complex conversations with empathy and clarity.

Responsabilités

• Onboard admins for Alan's product and workflows (remote and onsite).
• Own end-to-end admin support for a portfolio of accounts (5–10).
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve admin requests and issues.
• Manage high-stakes or sensitive admin conversations with clarity and empathy.
• Identify recurring pain points and propose process improvements.
