Alan Belgium is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to ensure seamless onboarding for key accounts and ongoing member support.

You will train admins, own end-to-end admin tasks, handle complex conversations with empathy, and work closely with Key Account Managers and CS teams to remove blockers.

The role offers remote flexibility with in-person collaboration and requires Dutch and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English.
• Experience in B2B customer-facing roles such as CS or teaching.
• Ability to train groups onsite and remotely.

Responsabilités

• Train and onboard admins on Alan's product and workflows.
• Own admin support end-to-end for a portfolio of accounts.
• Manage complex admin conversations with clarity and empathy.
• Anticipate risks and prevent blockers for admins.
